Our Story

Juicy’s Pizza is the creation of longtime friends and bread bakers, Keith “Juicy” Giusto and Amy Hinson. At a friendly, cozy spot on the lake, we are excited to share our love of pizza making with Lake County. Long fermentation dough made with our own fresh milled organic flour and 28 year old starter is the signature of our pizza, along with lots of hearth and soul.

Amy, owner and head pizzaiolo, loves the styles and flavors from different pizza makers all over the country – from New York to California. On our menu you can find both traditional and new, creative combinations that showcase our fresh and local ingredients. We use organic DiNapoli tomatoes grown about 80 miles from Lakeport in our house-made sauce. Our Grande Cheese Co. cheeses are all-natural and give the pizzas that robust, aged cheese flavor. Our meats are high quality and add rich flavors to our salads, sandwiches and pizzas. We love Lake county wines and beers and we were so excited to be the first to have Kelsey Creek Brewing Co. on tap!
